My brother and I want to make my mom a book of classic rock hits with piano parts for her to play and sing with. We want it to be Top 40s hit stuff, so she'll already know the words and how the parts sound, since this is just for her enjoyment. Her favorite song is Jungleland by Springsteen. We already have Bat Out of Hell and Come Sail Away. We're aiming for 1970-1989 mostly, as those will be things she listened to with her friends. I'd love any suggestions you have that would fit the bill.

I'm looking for a cover of Baba O'riley that I grew up listening to. It was titled "Teenage Wasteland". I know it was, because my mother was appalled. I'm pretty sure the band name was 2 words, one of which started with P. I actually believe it was "Planet ______" but I could be wrong. I'm looking for this specific cover.

ETA: It was an actual cover of the "Teenage Wasteland" portion of Baba O'Riley. I assume they used the TW name because they left off the outro.
