No print will come out good

Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone has an idea because I’m running out of things to test.
My Bambu Lab X2D is only 1 month old. It printed perfectly until I had a nozzle clog. I cleared the clog, replaced the nozzle with a brand-new original one, recalibrated everything, and since then the printer has never printed correctly again.
Symptoms
Severe underextrusion.
Poor layer adhesion.
Prints can be broken apart by hand.
Missing material and gaps between extrusion lines.
Benchy has rough top layers, missing material, and inconsistent extrusion.
PETG printed fine before the clog, now PLA prints are terrible.
What I’ve already tried
Brand-new original Bambu nozzle.
Multiple cold pulls.
Manual extrusion (filament comes out straight and smoothly).
Checked and cleaned the extruder.
Cleaned the extruder gears with isopropyl alcohol.
Checked for clogs in the filament path.
Different PLA spools.
Generic PLA profile.
Temperatures from 220–235 °C.
Reduced print speeds.
Reduced max volumetric flow.
Full recalibration.
AMS humidity is around 40%, so moisture shouldn’t be the issue.
The printer never skips steps or reports any errors.
I’ve also disassembled the extruder and couldn’t find any obvious clog or broken part.
At this point I’m wondering if the clog may have damaged the extruder, hotend heater, thermistor, or something else.
Has anyone experienced something similar after a nozzle clog?
Is there anything else I should test before waiting for Bambu Support?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I also tested with a calibration cube using very conservative settings:
0.20 mm layer height
230 °C nozzle
55 °C bed
4 wall loops
6 top layers
5 bottom layers
15% Gyroid infill
40 mm/s outer wall
60 mm/s inner wall
80 mm/s infill
Max volumetric speed limited to 6 mm³/s
If the calibration cube still shows underextrusion and poor layer adhesion with these settings, does that basically rule out slicer settings and point to a hardware issue? Has anyone experienced this after clearing a nozzle clog?
