Dead battery charging attempt

Looking for some advice, I have a pair of 12v lead acid batteries which are reading 2.5v. I appreciate that they're likely junk at this point. I have an old industrial charger with an infinitely variable voltage adjustment. What would be the best voltage to set it at, to see if these will take a charge? It also has an ammeter, so I can keep an eye on both gauges for any changes... and again, I understand that they will likely need to be replaced! Thanks in advance.

ID help

I was given a small yardworks branded inverter generator, an in-house Canadian Tire name. Trying To figure out if this may be known by another name or brand, like most Chinese made stuff. I realise that these are really cheap units, but I'd like to try repairing it. Anyone recognise it? Thanks in advance!

Good morning, I know it's a long shot, but does anyone happen to have a picture of the decal on the right, that's still legible? I was able to find some different ones online, but not quite the same. Thanks! 1989 Bonair.
