315 kcal chicken stir-fry - 1.16 kg / 2.56 lbs and 30 g protein

Only had around 300 kcal left on my 1500 kcal/day diet, and I wanted to EAT A LOT. So I came up with this recipe, and couldn't believe the massive amount of food it made, for only around 300kcal. I ate it all, and was a bit scared that my tummy would hurt, but it was fine. Some gas from the cabbage only this morning.

Anyways here's the recipe - and yes it was absolutely delicious

Ingredients

  • 125 g lean chicken mince, about 4.5–5% fat
  • 200 g white cabbage
  • 100 g portobello mushrooms (or other mushroom)
  • 50 g carrot
  • 200 g shirataki/konjac noodles, rinsed well
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil (or other oil)
  • Garlic, ginger, salt, and whatever you like.

Method
Slice the mushrooms. Shred the cabbage and carrot.

Dry-fry the mushrooms first in a non-stick pan until they release their liquid and start to brown. Add ½ tsp toasted sesame oil, the garlic and ginger and fry for a bit, and then add the chicken mince, then cook until the mince is done. Add the shredded cabbage and carrot and stir-fry until softened. Add the rinsed shirataki/konjac noodles, and soy sauce, then cook everything together until hot and well mixed.

Why did Astrologer recommend intense city?

So I had a locational reading with an astrologer I really like. And she found the place X on the map to be the best place to move to, but it’s right on top of my Chiron IC - which is more intense than I would like.

I don’t mind healing and a bit of suffering, but I wouldn’t want to settle down in that energy. And I’ve lived on top of that same Chiron IC in another city before, and that was the most intense 5 years of my life.

What makes me really confused is that on her recored reading the Chiron IC line is not showing in any of the maps she’s reading from.

And I do have some nice aspects around that area otherwise, so that’s what she based her reading on.

This map is from astro.com, and I wonder if I’m missing something? Why did she not mention Chiron IC and why wasn’t that line show on her maps.

We did this reading a while ago, and I feel a bit shy to email and ask, or bother her again.

Roadtrip closer to Chiron IC + driving through husband’s Pluto AC -triggered the worst traumas!

So yesterday we took a roadtrip to a city we were planning to move to. I have a big Chiron IC line, and this city would bring me 90 km closer to it -which I thought wouldn’t make any difference.

We also had to drive straight through my husband’s Pluto AC line, and the whole trip ended up horrible.

I was so triggered with past emotional traumas popping up one after another, and we ended up driving home instead of spending the night and exploring the city for a day more or two.

Luckily our relationship is pretty stable (after 10 years), but now I’m questioning our whole plan to move to that area.

What do you think?

Big Waffles -560 kcal, 28 g protein, 7g fiber

I like volume eating and these waffles are made of 4 eggs & 1 1/2 banana mixed together, and fried in some ghee in a waffle iron. You can also make pancake. They become more soft than crunchy, but make a rather large portion of food, and served with 2 dl blueberries =

560 kcal28g of protein, and 7g of fiber.

Those who've had a Chiron return, what was it like? Those with natal Chiron in Taurus, what are you expecting?

Chiron has finally moved out of Aries and into Taurus, which got me thinking about Chiron returns for those with natal Chiron in Taurus.

I've read about other people's experiences of Chiron return, on Reddit, and the overall feelings seems to be positive with; accelerated healing, deeper insight into old wounds, and being able to bring a long healing cycle to a close.

For those who have already experienced a Chiron return, what was it like for you? And for those with natal Chiron in Taurus who are approaching theirs, what are you sensing or expecting as Chiron returns to its natal placement?
