What can I do to improve my social skills and be more myself at work?

I don’t know what it is that doesn’t allow me to be myself at work. I’m very closed off and I always feel like I’m on fight or flight mode. It’s honestly the worst and I’ve been dealing with this for years now. It only happens at work. Outside of work I’m perfectly fine.

I have tried to change my mentality and be more playful and relaxed but it always go back to the same thing. Just feeling uncomfortable around my peers at work. I also keep to myself because I don’t want to make anyone feel uncomfortable.

Please help!!

What’s the longest you’ve been in love with while not being with that person?

The Father of my child and I started messing around since we were teens (16) to be specific. I got pregnant at 19 and had our daughter at 20. We moved in together and lived together for about 4 years. Although we had lived together on and off while we were teens..

Life happened and we ended up separating when our kid was about 6 years old. We live in different states, he has someone now and has been with that person for a few years although their relationship is pretty toxic.

I also have someone too, things have been ok for the most part and we been together a little over a year. I can say I don’t love him with the same intensity as I loved the father of my child. Sometimes I think I love him but I’m not in love with him..

To be completely honest I was still in love with the Father of my child up until I started dating my boyfriend, I felt like I could finally move on but now I’m starting to believe that I might still be in love with him.

Please don’t think that we have been messing around while we have someone else, that’s not the case at all.. It just feels as the love may still be there after all these years from both sides.

I Need Help! Fried Hair Ends

I’m genuinely so sad and lost. My hair was long and healthy and then 2025 I started shedding and my hair ends were really damaged and fried which I don’t understand why If I haven’t dyed my hair in years and use very little heat.

I decided to cut my hair around March of 2025 hoping to cut off my damaged ends and at the end of 2025 my ends were still getting damaged. They felt fried. Like I was applying 400 degrees of heat daily when I wasn’t.

Fast forward to today my ends don’t feel as bad as they used to but I can’t shake the feeling that is just the conditioner masking the friedness.

Weirdly enough I used the L’Oréal Total Repair conditioner and the next day my ends felt fucking fried.

So I went back to Pantene Miracle Rescue and my ends were fine they don’t feel fried but I can’t shake the feeling that the conditioner is just masking it.

My ends don’t feel quite right and I don’t know what to use on them..

Please help!
