Daily hidden alarm?

For context, I have an iPhone 11 plus running iOS 26.3. For some reason I have been getting an alarm at 5:45 pm for the last several days. It’s not set on my alarm app, it’s not set in the health app under bedtime. I can’t figure out how to turn it off and it keeps coming every single day. Luckily I wake up a little before then anyways but I’d be upset if it interrupts me sleeping in one day. (I work night shift)

Anyone have any ideas?

Apparently, I somehow snapped a screw in my spinal fusion

I literally was just walking when this happened lol. But now I have a numb leg and terrible pain and have to have weeks of physical therapy to fix that. Fun.

1st two slides are the same xray, I just added an arrow on the second to help you spot the break if you don’t notice it right away. Third slide is my previous xray before the break.
