Those on sertraline, what mg helped the most? I’ve seen many people say that it helped quickly but I’m almost 7 weeks in and feel nothing. I started at 12.5, went up to 25 after two weeks, and just recently went up to 37.5 almost one week ago.
Those of you taking sertraline for PPPD, how long would you say it took to feel any improvement & what mg helped the most? I know everyone is different, I’m just looking for some insight! Thank you ❤️
Those of you that has taken Zoloft and had positive results… what would you say the Zoloft helped with first? Anxiety or dizziness? And did you get a bit worse before better?

I need help. It’s been the worst year of my life. I was initially diagnosed with vestibular neuritis but now I’m being told is pppd and i need to start Zoloft. I need all stories and advice bc i NEED to get better. I’m hanging on by a thread at this point. 🥺🙏
