Decided to have a cheat day and overcome a fear food today by having something truly unhealthy and sugary in my oatmeal: biscoff (aka my favourite thing in the world). Paired it with my favourite oatmeal recipe of mine, vanilla pastry cream oatmeal, and some caramelised banana. As expected, it was freaking banging 👏 Wish it could be more than just a one-time thing 😄

Ignore the fact that they look terribly ugly and messy; I put the toppings on the pancakes while they were too warm, so the toppings kinda melted and the top pancake slid off 😆 They still tasted great though, like any tiramisu flavoured thing 😋

If you're wondering why I stuck the "inside out" in the name, it's because I experimented with putting the cinnamon filling on top of the pancakes as opposed to cooking it inside the pancakes because I was curious how it would turn out. Let me tell you, I was so caught off guard by how good these were. I wasn't expecting them to turn out so delicious, but they're definitely one of the best recipes I've made so far. I already miss them so much. I really wanna make another batch soon, but I gotta wait for one of my bananas to turn disgustingly ripe first 😪😆

Medjool date and coffee flavoured oat pancakes with homemade refined sugar-free toffee sauce, espresso crème anglaise, and caramelized banana. These are going up there with some of the best pancake recipes I've ever created. Everything worked so well together, and the pancakes themselves had such a nice date flavour. They are also probably the most high calorie oat recipe I've ever made, but they were so worth every bite that I don't even care 😆 Wish I could have another batch, but it's not sustainable 😂🥲 People who don't have a big sweet tooth be warned though, these pancakes are major indulgence ☝️😆

Toasted sourdough, guacamole, BBQ pulled chicken, poached eggs, pickled onions, sundried tomatoes, pumpkin & sunflower seed dukkah, and chilli butter and balsamic vinegar drizzle. First time making fancy avocado toast and I'm quite proud of myself. When my boyfriend and I go to brunch places, he always gets avocado toast, so I was inspired 😄
