My Switch case somehow became my all-in-one handheld bag

I originally got this case for my Nintendo Switch, but I realized it fits everything. My Switch 2, AYN Thor, Game Boy Color, Switch games, and Game Boy games all fit inside. I love having all my handhelds and games together in one bag! 🎮🌿

Customers can be so impatient, but you have to learn to kill them with kindness.

A customer ordered two Pokémon cards Monday night, and I shipped them the very next day on Tuesday. Even with the fast shipping, they were already asking where their order was.

I'll be honest, situations like this used to frustrate me. But I've learned that in this business, the best thing you can do is kill them with kindness. I reassure the customer, answer their questions, and keep them updated as much as possible. I also take pictures of every order while I'm packaging it for extra peace of mind.

I've found that ending every conversation on a positive note goes a long way. You can't control how impatient some customers are, but you can control how you respond.

Has reselling made anyone else more patient?

Foggy spot in my PSA slab

I recently noticed a cloudy/foggy spot on the front of one of my PSA slabs (PSA 9, 2016 Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword #56). At first I thought it was just fingerprints or something on the outside, but after wiping it with a microfiber cloth, it didn't change at all.

It looks like the fog is inside the slab, not on the outside. I can't tell if it's moisture, residue, a defect in the plastic, or something else. The card itself still looks fine, but the cloudy spot is pretty noticeable when looking at the front.

Has anyone else had this happen with a PSA slab?

Is this something PSA will reholder?

Could it be moisture or a manufacturing issue?

Is there anything I should check before contacting PSA?

Rate my Desk setup

I really love the retro-modern vibe of this corner of my room. I have an old BOX TV with my DVD/ VHS playing in the background while I'm working or doing homework. It's relaxing and makes the space feel cozy.

This corner is also home to many of my hobbies. I collect Pokémon cards, enjoy playing Zelda, and keep a basket with whatever hobby I'm currently into so everything is easy to grab. I have a lot of little trinkets, but I try not to overdo it. Most of them are Pokémon and Zelda amiibo, and I wanted everything to feel clean and cohesive instead of cluttered.

I'd love to hear your thoughts. Does it feel balanced or is there anything you'd add, move, or change?

The Random Sales That Keep Me Going (2 Months Into eBay)

Sometimes I can't believe how many opportunities there are as an eBay seller.

There have been times when I felt discouraged and had no energy to list anything. Even during those slow periods, I still managed to make at least one sale a week, sometimes even more.

Today I grabbed a tote of items to research and now I have 14 drafted listings ready to go. All that's left is taking pictures and posting them.

Those random, unexpected sales are such a good reminder not to give up. Every listing is another opportunity, and progress adds up even when it feels slow. Just keep pushing forward.

Customized My Ayn Thor With a Pokémon Theme 🌿🐦

I customized my Ayn Thor with a Pokémon theme using a clear shell protector, scrapbook craft paper, and my favorite Pokémon card, Fletchling. Fletchling is my favorite Pokémon because it reminds me of my two cockatiels, so I wanted it to be the centerpiece of the design. I also matched the setup with a Fletchling wallpaper on the device itself. I love that the clear cover lets me swap designs whenever I want without making any permanent changes. It's a simple and inexpensive way to make the handheld feel more personal.
