Zoloft (Sertraline) not as effective when on stimulants?

Hey everyone. I take Methlyphenidate 18mg and Sertraline 25mg. When I take my SSRI by itself, it works well and I don't have any anxiety or issues at all. But when I take my stimulant with it, it seems like no matter what, even if I do everything such as drinking water, eating properly, getting enough sleep the night before, i always get some of the bad side effects. Not intense of course, but just enough to notice.

Is this just a common side effect and interaction between stimulants and SSRIs?

Can I get some more insight about my INTJ girlfriend?

I made a post a few months ago about my long distance INTJ 5w6 girlfriend. I deleted the post and replaced the text with a random character, but you could still go back and look at comments I think? But if you need to know, I'm an INFJ 4w5

Anyways, me and my girlfriend both recently talked about how we're both unsure about the relationship. We talked about it and were honest that we were both feeling the same but still had love for each other. The next night however, we proceeded to have a fight for 9 hours.

On the surface, it makes sense that two people need to share the same morals, beliefs, and values, but from my experience with my girlfriend, to ME at the very least, it seems like very minor things are important to her values and those cannot be compromised or changed. If you disagree on those, then that puts the entire relationship into question and makes her think we're not compatible. Even going as far as being argumentative, intense, aggressive, impatient, and overall bull-headed about her perspective. Trying to get me to understand and change for the better. Because she views it as trying to protect me and then gain equilibrium in the relationship.

An example that has been brought up by her to me multiple times and even to her friends is that we got into a fight months ago about whether or not it's rude to walk away from someone mid-conversation. I couldn't give a conclusive answer because I need specific nuance to why someone would walk away from a conversation. She was arguing from the point that regardless of the reason, it's rude. She says that whenever she argues with me about stuff like that, it's because she's trying to help me not get into any trouble with other people and I should trust her when she's telling me things.

Whenever I try to explain my perspective, she doesn't understand or gets even more confused. Which can then anger her further. I try my hardest to rephrase but she gets impatient. To me, it can feel like she's just trying to be right, is unfair, and can excuse herself but I can't.

Past emotional connection that then turned into intense disdain?

Is it just me, or do any of ya'll also have this phenomena where you had a strong bond or connection with someone; only to have something happen that destroys that relationship forever (Platonic, Romantic, or Familial)?

To then, when you hear about that person or see that person (in person or social media), you become angry?

I'm wondering if this is something common to INFJs. And for that matter, how you deal with it, if at all.

Every single day, after around maybe 6 or 8 hours of being awake, I get so incredibly tired. I have to basically fight and force myself to stay awake sometimes depending on where I'm at. A few years ago, I would even fall asleep randomly when I'm out with friends. Even having to sometimes pull over or stay in my friend's driveways and take a nap before driving just so i don't fall asleep behind the wheel.

I know that with "Spoon Theory" that it says we expend way more energy doing things and just existing compared to Neurotypical people. As well, they say that people with ADHD, Anxiety, or other Neurodivergencies should take naps basically daily; But is that true for a lot of us?

And for those of you who do take daily naps, how long do you nap for? What's considered too short and too long?
