This is probably impossible

A family member knows that I use photoshop at work - some simple basic portrait photo editing - and asked if I could do something quite complicated. Could I take this picture, of a photo, under glass, of their father from the 60's and extend it to show the waist up, and maybe even colorize it.

Like I said, I only have basic skills in photoshop, but even with the newer Ai tools, I don't think this is feasible - too much to fill in.

Any thoughts? I just don't want this family member to be disappointed with my janky attempt.

Need suggestions

ok - I'm an overweight, middle-aged guy. I'm trying to lose weight so I'm, trying to walk more. 95% of the time, I wear normal, relatively snug briefs - I need my junk to be secure, not loose. Well, the extended walking leads to inner-thigh chafing, so I've tried a number of boxer briefs - which look great and protect from that chafing. However, they tend to suck at securing the twig and berries, so I'm constantly having to pull on and readjust the garment.

Any larger guys out there that have boxer-briefs that you actually like for active use?
