Gym Outfit

I know it's not fashion, but I just started at the gym again and also decided to start wearing shorts at my waist. It's definitely a weird feeling and I keep thinking I'm doing it wrong. Does this seem ok or does anyone have any recommendations? I know it's just sweatpants and a shirt but if there are better options or I should be wearing it differently please let me know.

Just looking for either recommendations or reassurance that this looks fine. Thanks!

Finally Making Progress

started my weight loss journey 3 months ago at 485 and currently down to 470. I know it's not a lot for 3 months but it's the first time in a while I've seen the number on the scale go down and it's got me motivated to keep going and lock in.
So far it's been all just eating less calories but I'm about to start the gym again with a trainer and I'm going to lock in and start really tracking all my food and focus on my diet.
I need to lose at least another 150 still but this movement in the right direction even if it's small has me motivated to keep going and finally prioritize my health and I feel like for once I feel like I can really achieve it.
Hopefully a year from now I'll be making another post with a much bigger update. Maybe this is a pointless post but it felt like a small victory to me and figured I'd share.
