My sister is my scout I have a companion that is both blacksmith and engineer over 100 Im the steward with 250 stewardship I have Arwa as my wife Corein as My big brothers wife sonwe have a pretty good relation ship with caladog and few other lords

What should I do so that I can be fully ready to start up my kingdom

Hello everyone I recently bought bannerlord on sale Im quite happy cause I like the game already I finished warband recently too XD you can probably see my celebration post in r/MountandBladeWarband and I see there is quite a lot of mods inside the game and Im quite fond of it is there any recommendations and how can I start modding the game because I don't want to have same issue I had in warband I finished the game and didn't wanted to start another module because I recently finished it and felt done with the game I played native warband back in the day so Im fine with modded playthrough to add mods to my experience taste

Ok Im a lord under yarogleks reign vaegir conquered lands of the kergit in my save file He and Marshall and some other lords have sone lvl of frindship with me with yaroglek Im close to 40

I have 1 city 2 castles 3 villages and none of them close to each other Its day 400+ I opened all shops companions lvl 20 full set 1000+ renown 20+ honor and married to akalin which is son of bracha in vaegir

So yeah what I look for is finishing the lord part and kickstarting my kingdom part properly type of advice like what shall I do how long should I stay loyal how many lords is enough lords etc.

Ok I stated my own faction rn and heres how it goes so far

I have 2 lords and 2 castles

I have shops all over caldradia My renown is 1000+ I have all 8 of my comrades at lvl 18 with full set

The thing is I want to conquer caldradia and need help on tips and tricks just close your eyes and attack method is quite weak so yeah please guide me on the topic

Ok Im at day 180 opened silk shops all over caldradia and have 750 renown I vot 8 companions gave them all lvl 1 riding skill mounts and sea raiders set and now the problem is how can I lvl these guys up fast without losing my will to play without using cheats

skull cavern floor 152
community center is done
cinema is done
Mr.qi questline is done
house is upgraded to lvl 3 (33 casks at the basement)
grandpas house is done
raccon house is done
1 big shed full of kegs (135 kegs)
1 big shed full of preserver jars (135 jar)
grandpas house bottom floor full of casks (135 casks)
grandpas house upper floor planted with ancient fruit seeds so is the one in farm (255 ancient fruit in total)

I don't know what to do so grinding enough money and getting money so birds can collect the golden walnuts sounded like a plan but idk

also is it a good time to open a stardew planner so I can make my farm design?
