I’m actively looking for a technical co-founder to build an multi-agent systems company focused on D2C ecommerce brands (especially Shopify).

This isn’t an “idea stage” where we’re just brainstorming possibilities. The focus is execution, building real systems, deploying them with companies, learning fast, and iterating quickly.

The goal is to build multi-agent systems that act as operational infrastructure for D2C brands, helping them run leaner and scale faster. These systems can handle things like:

I am 24 and my background sits at the intersection of business systems, automation, and operations.

• Degree in Business Information Systems (MIS)
• Experience building automation and outreach engines using tools like Apify, n8n, and LLM workflows
• Currently developing lead generation infrastructure and operational automation pipelines
• Actively researching pain points of D2C ecommerce founders and where agentic systems can meaningfully improve efficiency and revenue

The approach is simple:
identify operational bottlenecks → build systems → deploy → iterate → turn them into scalable solutions.

I need a serious technical co-founder who wants to build and ship.

Ideally someone with experience in:

• backend development (Python, Node, or similar)
• LLM systems, RAG architectures, or agent frameworks
• APIs, integrations, and automation systems
• building and shipping production-ready systems quickly

But more important than the stack:

• fast execution
• strong ownership mentality
• comfort operating in early-stage chaos
• willingness to build scrappy v1 systems and improve them rapidly

Personality fit is just as important as technical ability. I’m looking for someone whose goals align, who’s hungry to build, and who is deeply driven by results.

Hi,
I’ve been building and testing an AI-powered lead generation and outreach engine designed specifically for businesses that need a consistent pipeline of B2B leads but don’t want to rely on manual prospecting.

The goal was simple: remove the manual work involved in finding, qualifying, and reaching out to potential clients.

The system works roughly like this:
1. Lead Discovery
Using Apify, the system scrapes fresh leads daily based on a defined ICP (industry, geography, company size, etc.). This removes the need to manually build lead lists.

2. AI Personalization
Each lead is analyzed and a unique outreach message is generated using Claude based on the lead’s business profile. The goal is to avoid generic templates and create context-aware outreach.

3. Automated Outreach
Messages are sent through WhatsApp and email using automation layers connected through n8n and WhatsApp APIs.

4. Follow-Up System
If a lead doesn’t respond, the system automatically sends follow-ups on structured intervals (for example Day 3, Day 7, Day 14).

5. Response Alerts
Whenever a lead replies, the system triggers an alert so the business can step in and continue the conversation manually.

The reason I focused heavily on WhatsApp as a channel is because in the Indian market it tends to significantly outperform email in response rates.

I recently tested this system with a D2C ethnic saree brand, where it helped them identify and reach out to potential wholesale buyers and B2B partners.
Now I’m looking to run one or two serious case studies with businesses that rely heavily on outbound lead generation for example:
• manufacturers
• wholesalers
• distributors
• B2B service providers
• export businesses
• D2C brands expanding into wholesale

The goal is to document results properly and refine the system further.
