I've hit rock bottom and thought I'd never see the light again. When I was feeling a little better, I lost my dad to covid in 2020. I was - and still am, to some degree - broken beyond repair, yet I found reasons to live a happier and healthier lifestyle.

I know my younger self would be proud of how strong I am today.
