General and Organizational Advice: Entering Graduate School

I'm starting a clinical psychology PhD program in the next few weeks, and I'm hoping to set myself up for success as much as possible!

I would love any and all advice/systems/tips and tricks you wish you had known before beginning your PhD program: How should I organize my Google Drive for optimal research project organization? Is there a "good" time to hold office hours as a TA? Did you take paper notes in class, or use a laptop or iPad? Did you use a planner, or did you stick to a calendar app? What was the one thing that you learned the hard way, is there anything you wish you had known from day one?

I'm open to any wisdom and all advice!

Potential Cat Allergies?

Hi all! I adopted a 3yo female cat (spayed) a few months ago. She is darling and I love her! Unfortunately, we are beginning to suspect that she might be allergic to something in her environment due to chronic low-grade itching.

To anyone who has cats with allergies: what was/is your cat allergic to? Ingredients in cat food? Litter? Dust? Fragrances? Were there any amazing foods/litters/etc that your sensitive cats did not react to? **Please know we are working closely with her vet, and are NOT looking for medical advice**, we are simply trying to crowd source some potential allergens and preferred replacements.

Thank you so much for your help!
