Got some sphagnum from an imported orchid a few weeks ago. Orchid was from South America but what am I growing?

Grew this extra sphagnum from an imported orchid. I hope it's mature enough to identify. What kind am I growing? Fyi, there are 2 photos.

Found this Veitchii. Is it a Veitchii?

So I never shop plants at Home Depot because it's always worse than Lowes and never has a clearance section. But to my surprise, this was pretty eye-catching to me. I have had a bifurcatum before and this has so much more trichomes on it and a forked frond! Besides the trademarked name, does anyone know what it is? If it's a hybrid or even a Veitchii? There's 3 centers and it was probably grown upright in a pot but which direction should point up if mounting the biggest center?

Red root tips?

Recently "repotted" my sarracenia in a clear soda bottle and I think this side was facing the sun? I don't think it was there before but the root tips turned red. Couldn't find any info about it online. Anyone else use clear pots for sarracenia or know what's going on?

What variety of tomato does it look like?

So it's a tomato on a vine but what variety is this? There wasn't even a price sign but it was also a small middle eastern supermarket in NY. I think one of the characteristics is dimpled skin and "star shaped" when viewed from above. My initial search suggest strawberry tomato but I don't see any pictures that look like this.

Technically a hydrangea (Deutzia)

Was out on a walk in a park I haven't been in a while and I stumbled upon a striking plant that looks like a tall version of a lily of the valley plant. Turns out this deutzia is in the Hydrangea (hydrangeaceae) family! These don't look like they are in full bloom yet but I think it's interesting that even in bloom, their flowers, leaves and colors don't really resemble the hydrangeas we know and love.
