I’ve been working on a project called knife.id — a free digital certificate system for custom knives.

Each knife gets its own unique KnifeID and public page with specs, photos and information about the maker.

Maker accounts are invite-only and verified, so every knife published on the platform is connected to a verified maker.

The certificate can also be linked to a physical QR code or NFC tag/card, giving direct access to the knife’s page.

It’s completely free and open to knife makers who want to join. I’d really like to hear what you think and whether this is something you would actually use.
