i have acer nitro 5 an515-56 from 2021 and i been having countless nvlddmkm.sys errors and BSOD while playing Genshin Impact. i have Intel R Iris R Xe Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU. i’ve tried to fix the annoying errors that made most of my games unplayable. only now i learned all about drivers n all that stuff. turns out that i had current drivers for NVIDIA- now i have the newest Game Ready from 2026. and all this time i had the same driver for Intel.. from 2021. could this have been the reason for the errors? one of my friends told me i shouldn’t be updating Intel drivers but now after gaining new knowledge i think it’s a bunch of bs. for reference, the most common things that happened during playing Genshin Impact and other games was: game freezes but audio continues, i have to shut the game off; game freezez but audio continues, the game crashes and shuts itself down; BSOD with nvlddmkm.sys and BSOD. i’m having LiveKernelEvent 141 and 1b8
