Help me decide lobe/helix/conch

Looking for a minimalist addition (or two) and narrowed it down to:
- high upper lobe
- forward helix
- conch

Or some combination of those, maybe one left and one right.

Give me your opinions!

Pumping setup for first travel with Sarah Wells bag

Hi, I’m new here as a FTM getting ready for some upcoming travel without baby. I just bought the Sarah Wells Kelly bag and am wondering what else I need to round out my travel setup for pumping. For reference I have the blue Spectra.

My biggest questions: **How can I replicate the fridge hack while traveling? And how should I transport milk back home?**

I see the mini cooler bags like the Cold Gold, but that looks like it would only fit either my parts OR bags of milk, not both. Is that right?

I have one long trip coming up where I expect to bring home \~80 oz. I know for that situation I’ll need to carry a separate cooler to cart home the milk.

But for shorter trips of a night or two, is there a way to pack, say, 40 oz AND keep my parts cold inside the Kelly bag so I don’t need a separate cooler?

Thanks!

**ETA: I do have the Ceres chill and plan to take it with me**
