Como tem sido o vosso percurso? Comecei há pouco. Este mês de verão tem sido horrível. O meu rendimento ficou cortado em metade. Como oscilam os vossos rendimentos consoante o mês?

I'm currently looking for a new phone. For me it's important that the camera (both frontal and normal cam, photos and videos - specially videos but not in an 4k way, rather camera quality in general), that it's fast and allows me to edit videos (as it's part of my work). I'm divided between these to models. I've heard wonders of Google phones and that the camera is amazing and blablabla but for the same price, Xiaomi 15 note pro offer double memory for example.
What do you think? Which of these seems better? Thank you!
I'm a bit lost. I've got a client that says they are only talking about things but nothing really changes. They want very practical solutions that change their way of acting, but I'm not the one to tell them how to do so. They open up and I think I've seen progress, we only had a few sessions (+/-5-6) but yeah... They are very self critical. I suspect they don't feel like they are doing enough also in therapy. They say they are aware of the way but can't act on it. Also shared to feel disappointed that Im not there to offer solutions aka tell them what to do but honestly that's not beneficial on the long term. I work with an integrative perspective (mostly schema therapy and CBT). Next session I'll approach what they want to achieve and how to materialize it in small steps but idk... What advice do u have?

I've been looking for an app to take notes on my Lenovo tablet. Preferably free. I need to have different notebooks for different topics. If the app turn hand writing to digital writing it would be perfect - I haven't found one that does this yet.
