What country to recommend for solo indie game dev I live in germany and was born there.

I could imagine myself maybe starting entrepreneur ship but I have to be much more diligent, which country is good for that as a solo dev I currently live in Germany and the taxes are quite high, the gaming companies or studios are not good compared to other countries all mobile game companies....

What would you recommend, I have lots and lots of ideas.

Currently living in Germany, my english is ok, my turkish is bad.
