hellooo! im 17, and a soon-to-be senior in a few weeks, and im starting to apply for part-time jobs. i know that i shouldn't work over 20 hours with school, but what days would be best to work? weekends, or more during the weekday? should i keep my weekends free and just schedule for weekdays? how many days should i work in the week? im new to this and my parents weren't too helpful about it, any advice is appreciated!

i have a guarantee, but im not sure if i should use iton cerydra or just wait for robinetto. the team i use her on is my e2s1 phainon team, with e0s0 cyrene and rmc alongside her. would cerydra be worth it, or should i skip and use my jades for another character?

took 24mg of melatonin last night (or 2 gummies) to make me fall sleep earlier. right before i went to bed, i was hearing music and sounds from a game i was playing earlier that day. when i woke up, i got up at around 4am to auditory hallucinations, specially screaming. like, loud screaming in my head that i couldn't get to stop! this has literally NEVER happened before, so i was freaked out and stayed awake, and they stopped a few minutes after.

is this normal??? does this happen to anyone else when they take melatonin? ive taken it before, sometimes in higher doses even, but that never usually happens. is this a cause for concern? do i have some underlying issue that the melatonin somehow brought to light? i was so freaked out so i thought id come on here to ask lmao

hello! i only recently started writing fanfics about a month ago, and despite have four of them in the works, i can't even get halfway done with one of them. im really struggling and i need some advice.

the issue isn't with coming up with ideas for the fic, i can literally think of like 50 new prompts for me to write about in under a minute! but when i engage with one of those prompts, my mind goes blank. i make an entire outline, and then i stare at my screen until i get bored because i can't think of what to write. and when i do finally get to writing the dialogue, i think "this is so ooc" for every SINGLE line of dialogue i write. i have no motivation to write, and when i do, i criticize every single thing i write until i get bored again.

i'm really sad about struggling with this issue, since i really want to try and fall in love with writing. my english teachers have always told me that my writing is very good, so i want that talent to carry over into fanfics, but it just isn't working. has anyone else struggled with this problem? if so, how did you get it to stop? i'm at a total loss here. i really want to get myself to enjoy writing, but it's wayyyy more difficult than i expected it to be.

there's gonna be a huge heatwave next week for me and i have plans to go out, so i thought id come on here for some advice.

ive always been really afraid of smelling badly, so i take my hygiene seriously, so i already have an extensive routine for myself

i try to shower daily, but sometimes it's every two days since my sleep schedule is fucked up right now. i use a vanilla body wash from the dollar tree, a knock off sol de janeiro caramel and pistachio sugar scrub from 5 below, vanilla scented lotion, a body oil, a brazillian mist body/hair mist from the dollar tree, and viva vanilla from b&bw. i also always have a sweet smelling candle lit in my room. i use all those things everyday!

you would think that all this would make me smell nice, but no! the fragrance goes away way too quickly! after around two hours, i barely smell anything on me, which sucks because all those things combined smell really nice. is there any way to make the scent last longer? ive heard about using powder on myself, but im not sure that'll work with how much i sweat in the heat lol.

i usually only shower in the evening, so could the fragrance be rubbing off when i lay in bed? could my sheets or clothes be the issue? or am i just nose blind lmao

any advice on how to get fragrance to last longer is appreciated, thank you!!
