Anyone has moved to w200 from Ecobee system? How is the w200 compared to Ecobee? I have an old version of premium Ecobee

I am planning to get Sonos Arc Ultra and sub 4 during Black Friday, I live in a townhouse, and have a record player, wanting to be able to use a speaker for that, my normal day using the sound system for gaming, music, tv and movies, should I get era 100 or 300 or five as well?

I have Aqara u400 lock, but wanting to grab g400 doorbell and g350 camera, now starting to get into smart home, should I get aqara hub (any suggestions for model?) or homepod mini?

Don’t think I will buy homepod as I have Marshall speaker for listening to music.
