Am i done?
I had surgery on Dec 3. Started at 218 down to 153. I haven’t lost any weight since the end of July. Am i done? My goal was 140.

Shoes to big?!
I’ve lost about 65 lbs and almost all my shoes are to big! I’m a women’s size 8.5/9… I’ve went down to a 8 and sometimes their to big?! Has anyone else had this?!

6th month stall?
I’ve been losing close to 7-9 lbs a month but since July 1 I’ve only lost 2 lbs. i started walking more and my dr told me to eat more but seems to not be helping..

6th month stall?
