AT&T knocking on doors in the evening?

Has anybody else had somebody knocking on their door claiming to be with AT&T, in the middle of the night? Had somebody knock at 8:30PM and mumble that they were "checking to see how our AT&T fiber was doing" or something like that. I promptly told him to leave. It felt like somebody casing the neighborhood to rob houses, and absolutely did not feel like actual AT&T employees.

QBO Account Deactivated?

My Quickbooks Online Account was locked out for some reason. I found out when I got an email stating that one of my integrations had been disconnected. Went to login to QBO, and nope, can't login. Anybody ever have this happen?

Only thing I can think of - I'd applied last week for a QB Line of Credit. Perhaps somebody there got pissy and close dmy account?

False broken car/tow

So it's finally happened to me. Somebody claimed the car had a 'bad vibration, undrivable'. They called roadside, it got towed back, i got hit with the $350 roadside fee, earnings $0'd etc.

Car arrives today on tow truck. I get in it, drive around the block, feels fine. Get it on jacks, shake down the suspension, all good. Decided to drive it home. There's absolutely nothing wrong with this car.

I'll have my shop do a thorough inspection, get the turo form filled out, and get it relisted Monday..but how do I get the roadside fee and my earnings back? What's the angle? I feel like even proving to turo that the guest lied won't get them to remove the charges. In 400+ trips, I only had a couple tow backs. First one I got reversed because of mechanical neglegence. 2nd one was legit, I ate it and fixed the car. This one, however, is not, and it's not like I can blame that she did something or hit something. I suspect she just wanted a 1-way rental.

Resale with DIY maintenance

I see a number of posts here with guys doing their own maintenance. I love it. I own an automotive repair shop, so if I do ever get an F car, yes, I'll do all my own maintenance as well.

But - what does it do to the dealer value? Once upon a time, not having the records from a Ferrari dealer or well known Ferrari independent meant a big hit to resale value. A friend had to deal with that with a 360 he bought a long time ago. Guy is meticulous and I'm confident the quality of his work is as good or better than any dealer tech, even a Ferrari....but he took a substantial hit when he sold the car, and vowed to never buy another one because of it.

Is this still a thing, or has the market lightened up a bit?

Recent key box issues?

Has anybody had a rash of stupidity lately re: key boxes and returns? I've had 2 people just place the key box over the top of the door and just smash the door closed in the past week. Of course, damage claims denied for that as well as improper return :/

Have also had a rash of people leaving key boxes unlocked. Especially the key fob cars that I have bigger lockboxes for, they have a robber cover, they just pull the rubber cover up and the box isn't locked at all.

My instructions clearly state to put the keys in the glovebox, and make sure the doors are locked. Keyfobs all have pouches and pickup instructions state exactly what to do with all of that at check in and check out. If people could read, none of these problems would happen..
