Need help with compact camera heat on macbook

I'm not sure if this is something that would be better off in the macbook sub or here, but i'm posting here since I only use streamlabs so I thought it might be more pertinent if anyone else has the same use case.

I have 4 views, 3 external cameras and the webcam. I am considering deploying this as a stream for my local sports and mostly as a proof of concept to someone who is buying extra adapters to get multiple cameras to connect to one laptop.

My issue, if there is a resolution besides lowering the quality of the cameras, is that the heat they generate while being used in this regard is immense. Much warmer to the touch than if they were recording standalone. Is this an issue to be concerned about since this was a small 10 minute test and not a hour+ game?

How can i stop the server from overwriting the settings?

I'm hosting this server in a docker project with the jammsen image on my linux nas. No matter what file I change it resets every launch and the log shows it pulling from a template somewhere and resetting the file. I am unable to figure out how to either stop it from resetting or changing it permanently. Locking the file to read only stop its from changing, but the server doesn't start correctly if it is locked. How can i change things like the xp and egg timers if the settings keep resetting?

Help with building a diy buzzer system

I've been playing some at home jeopardy with the buzzinga site, but using phones as a buzzer has been giving me issues with constant uneven buzzes and timing. I want to create my own buzzer system with long cables, 3d printed buzzers and bluetooth internals.

I was considering a xbox series controller, extending the buttons that can be pressed like asdfghjk and having them trigger a key press on the host computer to buzz in. This would be easier in terms of the bluetooth aspect since its only one controller.

My other idea would be 8 controller boards all in their own casing and controller. I have a windows dongle that allows up to 8 controllers so this would be doable not including any potential delay from so many being connected. This way would also allow pretty good range with batteries and the wireless aspect. I plan to either do wand type buttons as shown or the box style to include larger buttons and batteries. I would print the casing myself maybe get a intractable small button that the printed head would press down for the key activation.

If anyone could let me know what sounds the most realistic for a newbie.

Secondary account was taken

My account was taken from a dark web leak, they deactivated my 2fa number and email. I bought it “used” so I don’t have the original stuff. Can I get it deactivated or something? I’ve got some personal stuff on it.
