Combo glossary/terms

I am a complete and utter noob at fighting games. Most I played was Smash as a kid, and that was mostly just me fucking around making imaginary scenarios. I got this game because I love Avatar and people say it was 1) a great game and 2) easy to get into. I played some of the tuts. I like Korra, so I looked up some tips, but I could barely understand bc the combo guides were written like nuclear launch codes, on both YT and here on Reddit. I checked the Supercombo wiki but the glossary seems to be a WIP. Any help?

White obsession with saying/edging anti-Black slurs

Pathetic. They'll take any opportunity for it ie. the "clanker" fad, ninja emoji. They are sick and obsessed

Justice for Katara!

Look at this empty shell of a woman...

I can't believe the writers had the audacity to treat Katara like this. They are never beating the misogyny allegations!

They have Katara cooped up in the South Pole like some forgotten, abandoned granny! Who cares that literally one of the first scenes we see her in is her son, daughter-in-law and grandkids coming to visit her, and Kya explicitly said she became her caregiver (which, uh gross? Why should Katara have to rely on anyone, let alone the spawn of that scum, Aang?) Who cares that the MC, Korra loves her and relies on her. Who cares that she is the matriarch of the rebuilt South Pole, runs a healing circle, is above the White Lotus in authority, and is constantly referred to as Master Katara by others. They didn't sing her praises as a warrior despite decades of peacetime! Katara in TLOK is a total afterthought!!

Why isn't this 80+ year old woman jumping people in the Republic City streets alongside Korra? Instead she's a boring healer. She should be remembered as a warrior despite the war being over for almost a century! What? She never hated healing and actually embraced it? Can't hear you over the sound of Aang breaking her warrior spirit with his monk bullshit! Zuko would never. He'd start wars just so his queen would be remembered for her true calling! She and Zuko would ride his dragon into battle and get their old asses whipped by the Red Lotus TOGETHER! Character growth, aging, passage of time? Never heard of her! The only way a female character can have worth is if she is slaughtering her enemies in battle!

How dare Katara let some White Lotus scrub talk over her in the pilot. Sure, they literally defer to Katara for Korra's training 10 seconds later, but the Katara I know would have bloodbended that man to his knees for daring to talk back to her. And how dare she not clap back at her crippled, PTSD-riddled student? So what if she apologized .5 seconds after her outburst? Korra needed to be put in her place! Aang really sapped Katara's soul, because the Katara I know would have left Korra in TEARS! Zuko would have never had Katara so meek in her old age. They'd be emotionally abusing Korra TOGETHER, even though Old Zuko is as sweet as sugar!

And why on earth would she mourn her BUM of a husband instead of running to Zuko's bed in the Fire Nation the second Aang finally had the decency to drop dead? It goes to show the control that monster had on her mind! I'm surprised she even had the wherewithal to limp back to the South Pole after decades of mental domination.

That miscreant didn't stop until he got his airbender. Three kids over a decade? He couldn't get off this woman! He reduced her to a baby machine, and when he got his airbender he abandoned Katara and the other two to run off into the sunset with Tenzin. Let's ignore the words out of Bumi and Kya's own mouths that they were ultimately happy, the fact that Aang had a locket of his wife and three kids, and the fact that Katara wouldn't sit around being neglected. Aang is a deadbeat, eugenicist monster, and I'm surprised he didn't have Bumi killed once he realized he was a non-bender. Aang and them kids drained her life force fr. She never wanted to be a mother. Just look at that scene in TLOK when she holds Rohan and watches her kids. That sad look on her face is clearly regret that she had Aang's kids and not Zuko's!

Huh? You're pointing to my Zutara family portrait art? With Katara in full red and a topknot (no hair loopies bc they're ugly, and I removed her necklace bc it didnt match the red!), surrounded by 6 kids and pregnant with the 7th? Well how else is Zuko supposed to cure his family trauma? And I made sure to throw in a token non-bender kid too, for no reason other than to show how doting a daddy Zuko is, unlike that bigot Aang!

Bryke is never seeing those pearly gates for what they did to my girl.

/uj I love Old Katara she is so cute

"I'm white but-" Why are you HERE?!

Omg, it is so obnoxious to see white people infiltrate EVERY Black digital space. Like clockwork you'll see them in any Black subreddit/thread, Youtube comment section, etc. with:

"I'm white but [insert basic sympathetic comment]"

"I'm white but I like [stereotypical "Black thing"]"

"I'm white, could y'all explain [stereotypical "Black thing"]?"

or the classic "I'm white and had a "racist phase" but not anymore! You can applaud now!"

And like, okay, cool, but why are you HERE. The obsession is real but they always deflect and gaslight about it.

And what's even worse is you will have a large chunk of Black commenters immediately drop to their knees to suck digital dick and clap them on the back, for...what exactly? And don't get me STARTED on the "invited to the cookout" spam. It's sooo pathetic.

ETA: And can't forget the digital blackfacers. They're everywhere. I'm sure there's some lurking right now. Hey, how are you doing? Have anything going on in your life yet?
