looking for gym buddy ..Fitness Arena, Spine City

23F and recently started working out at Fitness Arena, Spine City. Looking for a gym buddy to train with …mostly strength training + a bit of cardio.

Would be great to have someone to stay consistent, push each other, and make workouts less boring :)

Got scammed by a kinner on the highway , still processing what just happened

This happened today while we were returning to Pune from Nagar, and honestly, I still feel a bit shaken.

We were stopped on a random bridge by a kinner who came up to our car. My brother rolled down the window and gave ₹20, thinking that would be it and we’d just move on.

But then things got weird.

The kinner pulled out a coin and said something like “yeh sikka Lakshmi ji ke paas rakhna” basically telling us to keep it in the wallet for good luck. My brother didn’t have his wallet handy, so he turned to me and picked up my purse to put the coin in.

I had around ₹5000 in there.

After giving a “blessing,” the kinner said, “Mata Rani ke naam se kuch le lu, bura toh nahi maanoge?” And in that moment, I just froze. I didn’t even process what was happening. He already had his hands on my cash specifically my ₹500 notes.

Before we could react, he took ₹500 and walked away.

The whole thing happened so fast that neither of us even realized what just happened until we had already driven off.

It wasn’t forceful in a violent way, but it felt like psychological pressure + confusion + timing. And that’s what makes it worse you don’t even get a chance to respond properly.

Just putting this out here so others stay alert. Don’t open your wallet or hand over your purse in these situations, no matter how “blessed” or harmless it seems in the moment.

Still can’t believe we just let that happen.

How do you deal with weekend loneliness ??

Hey everyone,

I’m a 22-year-old corporate girlie and my weekdays are packed like 9 hours of work, 2 hours of travel, and then 2 hours at the gym. By the time I’m done, I’m exhausted and honestly don’t even have time to feel anything.

But weekends hit… and the loneliness hits HARD.

It’s like suddenly everything slows down and I realize I don’t really have people to hang out with or plans to look forward to. I try scrolling, watching stuff, sometimes going out alone, but it doesn’t always fix that empty feeling.

I guess I’m just wondering how do you all cope with this? Especially if you’re in a similar routine-heavy lifestyle?
