Going out.

Hello! I'm a guy in his early 20s and where are some places where I can possibly meet new people or make new friends my age? Maybe there's a certain cafe I could go to for meeting new people or just a specific place? Not sure if Topeka has that many options that I'm aware of, I'll also consider going to Lawrence. Any advice would be great, thank you.

Darkened monitor

On the left side of the monitor, it randomly just darkened out of nowhere. When I press on it (like in the pic), it goes back to normal but as soon as I let go, it goes back to dark. Is there a way I can fix this?

Physical Copies

As of right now, Xbox and PlayStation are getting pre-order physical copies of the Deluxe edition. Found both on Best Buy. The Switch versions have gotten nothing yet (Nintendo always joins on a little later). Just letting y'all know in case anybody was interested in a physical copy.

Edit : You can now pre-order the Switch 2 version on Best Buy and Amazon. To those who care, it'll be a GKC.

Game Studios or Teams

Hello!

I've been interested in Game Development and currently learning Godot to get started but out of curiosity, how are game studios or big teams made? It can't be where people meet on Discord or something and say "I'm making a game, join me" and the others just say "okay bet". Okay, probably not like that but how do people normally become a game studio or a team? If I want to make some of my dream games, I know I can't do it alone. Is there somehow or somewhere I can network with other game developers or just coders?

If you're currently in a game studio or a team, let me know how it first got formed! Would really like to hear on people's different experiences! Thanks.

I gotta ask, is TTYD really that good for a Paper Mario game? Like, I've finished M&L Brothership and I loved pretty much every minute of it and now I'm considering to move on to play the other rpg mario games. I also tried Super Mario RPG and I got stuck once and just never played it again (I actually sold it.) I'm willing to retry SMRPG but I keep hearing good things about TTYD but I'm 50/50 on it. To the ones who have played both, how does TTYD compare to Brothership?

Thanks!
