If I have an appointment in high street that goes for about 4 hours tomorrow (Monday) at 9.15am. How screwed am I for parking?

Need help with my bubs wake windows please.
She is six months in four days. She sleeps through the night (very blessed I know) and wakes at 6.30am.
Also only naps 30 minutes on the dot and I’ve tried to save it so many times and it fails.

I had a quick 30 minute phone call with a sleep consultant and she said first nap is 9.30am, doesn’t matter when she wakes up.

My problem is she STRUGGLES to make the first nap. She is so upset around 8.30 - 9 and doesn’t matter what I do she SCREAMS.
Then the next nap is 1pm. She does not make that at all and is so grumpy and just not herself

Do these naps sound ok or should they be shorter because she only naps 30 minutes?

I’m so lost and feel defeated
