Is the track still open to the public? It's been a while since I've been there?

For the most part,I'm happy with my progress. I'm back driving, going up and down stairs, getting showered and dressed and not even using Tylenol. My only downsides are stiffness getting up from a chair, still can't get a sock on my right foot ( surgery on right side) and waking up several times at night due to discomfort. Anyone else have similar problems?

I'm almost at 4 weeks post op from a posterior hip replacement. I can walk quite a bit without a cane, but first steps out of a seated position are uncomfortable and I use the cane. Also by days end by thigh bone feels some discomfort. How long before that goes away?

Anybody else have this nagging nerve irritation that makes it uncomfortable when in a recliner. It made it hard to sleep and I didn't have it the first 3 days. It felt like a setback and along w/ wearing diapers for the bathroom "dashes", it's depressing. Makes me second guess ever having decided to have this done.

Had surgery Monday and had a decent BM after my Miramar on Tuesday. Didn't go yesterday and this morning my glute muscle played help with trying to sit down. I'm hoping I don't dread the process enough to hinder any type of bowel movement.

Two days out from surgery and I've been peeing every hour. It 's a "race " to the bathroom and I've taken to wearing adult diapers. Any thoughts on how long this phase lasts.

My favorite lyricists are,Dylan,Ray Davies,John Prine, Paul Simon, Randy Newman and Loudon Wainwright..but in the last decade John Darnielle has risen to the top of my list. Nobody writes of the human condition like him, and the Mountain Goats are a must see live act. I get chills listening throughout their entire catalog. So glad my late friend introduced me to them 13 years ago.

Has anyone ever stayed overnight at the Bryn Mawr Surgery Center recovery suite?? Was it necessary after hip replacement? It's an option at 250$ out of pocket as opposed to going home day of surgery.
