Nora

One of the things i hate in the show is its inconsistencies, it makes small moments have huge impact on characters while at the same time downplaying huge moments in the show .Here Nora kidnaps cisco and threatens to kill him if he doesn't comply by which means you may ask the same one that thawne used on cisco in another timeline before flash reversed time he had nightmares about it. The show shrugs it off and its never brought up its like they love tension only when its convenient for the plot and just forget about it when its no longer useful.

Fitz and Tony

Fitz and Tony are my favourite characters in the MCU partly because of the resemblance of their characters, it's a shame they never met ,here are some similar things i found about them. They're both geniuses but their team rarely understood them except for a few members of their team like jemma and banner . They are willing to do anything to protect their loved ones When tony's house was being blown up he sent his armour to protect pepper similarly Fitz gave the oxygen tank to simmons knowing that he would likely not survive. They both wanted to protect the world and in trying to do so they created a murderous robot Ultron and Aida with the help of their friends banner and Holden Radcliffe.Something good eventually comes from their project like vision in tony's case and lmd coulson in Fitz's case. They struggle with some sort of mental problems in the case of Tony was ptsd from Alien invasion while fitz was his alter ego in the framework. They are both willing to sacrifice themselves like in avengers one tony taking the nuke to portal not knowing if he would survive and in endgame making the ultimate sacrifice to save the world while fitz in season 2 went into the monolith knowing that their is aslim chance that he would survive let alone save simmons , fitz going into a cryo chamber for 70 years so that he could help his team in the future and him putting himself in danger from the cree in season 7 so that he could bring back his team mates to the main timeline. They both had daughters whom they had to leave in order to help their team create an efficient way of time travelling .Lastly they are both stubborn and egotistical but also very determined to accomplish or solve problems this makes their team rely heavily on them to solve problems coming their way. Anything that i forgot to add or something that i have misrepresented please share.

Iris

Did anyone notice how the plot of an episode always bends over backwards for her? During the savitar era Barry proposes to iris in order to change the future, iris found out and essentially cancels the engagement with the reasoning of "i don't want you to marry me out of fear " mind you it was to save her life not his and as always the whole team agrees with her. Joe west "don't let fear control you...." finally Barry apologizes. Another instance is when Barry took Nora back to the future because she was working with RF and iris main concern was that he made that decision alone . Nora basically went back to RF the same day and so did iris the very thing Barry was against and as always team flash was siding with Iris joe west "Being a parent means making difficult decisions but also listening and giving your child a chance to explain themselves " he ends apologizing to iris even though he knew that the RF manipulating her the same way he was manipulated but in the next episodes they made it seem that his action was wrong only for Nora to be wiped out of the timeline . During the forces arc there is a dispute on how to save the avatars of the forces ,Barry wants to uncreate the forces iris is against the team think its a wrong idea iris goes looking for the speedforce where she is almost killed and only got saved when Barry made the avatars temporary loose their powers only to be put back because iris was right all along and as always Barry apologizes. And that's just iris Barry was always losing arguments to the team every time and the show always made it apparent that he was wrong for coming up with the easiest solution and at the end of the episode he apologizes to them . Did the writers hate him or what?

Elijah and hope

After rewatching the final episode it has got me thinking how we were robbed of this duo. For a moment we saw how their dynamic would be like had he not have died and it was honest very refreshing . He would have honestly filled the gap that klaus had left in her and in which Alaric couldn't, nobody knew Klaus better than Elijah his failures, regrets and how much he loved her, she would have gotten to know Klaus through the lens of someone who always believed in him and not of what the world thought . Elijah would see the "klaus" in her the version that never got abused by Michael and turned into a monster by Ester and he would always be by her side.Throughout legacies hopes main struggle is about his father Elijah would have provided that and much more .He would never have stopped trying to help her and she would have never felt a lone even with both her parents gone.I get that he would have severely affected the events of Legacies but sure they did him dirty in Sn 5 making him be responsible for Hayleys death and finally killing him for no good reason.

Speedforce

After rewatching the flash it got me thinking how do speedsters open portals they seem to run around fast at mach speed then boom a portal to the past , future or the speed force open or yet a portal to another earth. And also there are occasions where they reverse time like nora 52 times or when Barry did it to save the city from tsunami and vandal savage was it ever acknowledged or was it just aplot device to avoid two Barrys

This tv trope

Being a fan of tv shows i have noticed a striking similar in terms plot especially supernatural shows. The core idea is a character mostly women goes through something traumatic and turns on her team in away that doesn't make sense, while in their "phase" they always become somewhat mean to their team in addition of trying to murder them and their decision are always irrational.Alison from teen wolf goes through that after her mother dies she actively hunts Derrick, Catalyn from the flash goes through the same but as killerfrost where she tries to kill members of team flash for no real reason , Hope from the Legacies (TVDU) goes through the same arc after she activates her vampire side and beats up and kills Alaric(the closest thing to a father she had ), Juliette silverton from the grimm (Nicholas burkhardt wife) when she turns into hexen beast gets her mother in law killed , elena Gilbert and also Caroline goes through the same . Has anyone else noticed this and are there other examples from other show?
