Worst Customer Support I have come Across

I'd say it's just ignorant for such a huge Financial platform to literally push AI support at the forefront of every single issue. And it really isn't easy to get human support, you'll spend hours with their AI, and it'll take another 24 hours for it to be escalated. And guess what? You might still not get any human support.

Considering the fees on this platform? How hard is it to hire a couple of more human agents. This is just frustrating tbh

Request: $30 for Groceries and commute

I recently posted here requesting assistance on fixing my phone and getting groceries. The request wasn’t fulfilled but I managed to talk to the guys at Back Market to help find a solution. I’ll provably have to mail it back to the US and get a replacement or just have it fixed off the warranty. (Discussions on the solution are ongoing)

However, I’m still really low, especially on food. I wish we had Amazon wishlists out here but we don’t. As for the commute, I usually commute to town seeking work from businesses looking to get an online presence, i.e Websites, marketing, SEO implementation. I also reach out via email and calls but this has proven more fruitful in the past (Ps: I’m based in Nairobi). You may refer to my previous post for more context. Assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I can receive via any Remittance apps: Western Union, Xoom etc

Request: $60 for groceries and to fix my phone

I’ve been unemployed for close to a year now. I work in tech and haven’t had much luck securing a job since then. I’m currently building a startup and that takes up much of my time. I’m quite hopeful in that working out this year. I also do gigs that come my way once in a while, mostly software product designs or Websites. I haven’t had much luck with that either this year. I also buy import devices and sell for profit. That has been my main source of income over the past few months though it is rather unstable due to the small profit margin and limited funding.

I have a daughter that I support and I’ve pretty much exhausted all the cash I had left for this month. I sent out what’s supposed to cover for her till the end of the month. Currently, I still need to fix my phone and have some more for food and commute whenever necessary. I expect cash in about 2 weeks, so I’m basically requesting for around $60 to cover for the phone and groceries for the next two weeks. Phone is estimated to cost an equivalent of $45 to $50 to fix then the remainder would go to food and commute.

Ps. I am based in Nairobi, Kenya

This will be greatly appreciated

I can receive via most Remittance apps, Paypal’s Xoom service among them.
Others include Western Union, Moneygram, Remitly

S22U won't turn on

My S22 Ultra drained to 0% > I plugged it into a charger > Left it to charge till 100% > Confirmed it was at 100% > Unplugged the charger > Tried to turn it on

It's been an hour now, no progress, tried to reboot and a couple of tutorials I checked out online, but no progress at all. It just won't turn on

Has anyone experienced this scenario, what did you do to get it on, and how can I avoid it next time?
