Their is usually one single time when we made the kundli of state but few state has 2 times or multiple time eg himachal uttrakhand

Eg if I make kundli of himachal for mundane astrology then it has 2 time

0000 hours when state forn by act come into play on 25 Jan 1971

And 10 am ceremonial anouncement take place by the that time pm Indira Gandhi

Now I want to analysis the countious of the people of himachal and marriage pattern and countious of state just for academic purposes of my own to learn about it can you tell me which 10 am vs 0000hours

I have read about bhairav sadhna done for the protection of the boarders of the nation and many other tantrik and satvik sadhna for the betterment of community like klim sadhna for community or group of people....

My question is if this tantrik or satvik sadhna fail it's effect only single person who doing so all group of people doing collective sadhna or whole nation or community for whom sadhna done for.....

Or different negative impacts for satvik and tantrik way of sadhna....

I am follower of dharma from childhood......mujhe hamesha lagta tha ache ke sath acha bure ke sath bura hota he......but realty hits different the people or community which are bad one getting rise and enjoying fruits.....and good people and societies seeing collapse.........I heard prema***d mh*raj on this his theory of burning of few good karma of bad people feel likes to keep people in way of dharma instead of giving real life check.....

What's your take on this because this thoughts start disturbing me....
