Are people actually using AI meeting data inside agent workflows yet?

I’ve been messing around with using meeting transcripts as context for agents and it feels way more useful than I expected. I’m using Bluedot right now because it records quietly with no bot, then gives transcripts, summaries, action items, and searchable meeting history. The Claude integration is what really made it click for me since I can query old meetings instead of treating them like dead notes.

What are people here actually doing with meeting data after the call ends? Are you feeding it into memory, tasks, follow-ups, or other agent workflows yet? Or are most setups still stopping at summaries and transcripts?

Anyone replacing manual meeting notes with AI meeting memory workflows?

I used to leave meetings with notes scattered everywhere, Notion, screenshots, random docs, voice memos. Keeping track of decisions later was the worst part. Lately I’ve been using Bluedot for meetings since it records in the background with no bot, then gives transcripts, summaries, action items, and searchable meeting history after. The new Claude MCP connection made it even more useful because now I can actually search and chat with past meeting context instead of digging through old notes manually.

Are you still taking manual notes during meetings, or moving toward more of an AI meeting memory workflow?

Best place to stay in Kuta Lombok for surfing?

Planning a trip to Kuta Lombok and I'm trying to figure out the best place to stay in Kuta Lombok. At first I was just going to book a random guesthouse in Kuta, but the more I read the more it sounds like you lose a lot of time sorting transport, boards, and figuring out which surf spots are working each day since everything’s pretty spread out.

A few people recommended LMBK Surf House because they handle transport and take you to different breaks depending on conditions. The smaller coaching groups and video feedback also sound solid if you actually want to improve and not just surf randomly all week.

What do you recommend? Any other place?

I’ve been changing how I take notes lately, mostly because I couldn’t keep up during meetings anymore. Right now I use Bluedot to handle the capture. It records in the background (no bot), then gives me a transcript, a clean summary, and pulls out action items. I also like that I can search through past meetings when I need to find something later.

Do you rely on AI notes directly, or still rewrite everything into your own system?
