Is PAI still suitable for performance evaluation now that BioCharge is available?

Before Biocharge, I used to look at my PAI score to some extent to determine if I had trained enough and if my health was ready for a workout. Since getting Biocharge, I've been checking this feature more frequently and have been overlooking the PAI point. Many health metrics confuse me, so a single score like PAI or BC is simpler for me.

Because I'm not a professional athlete, I lack the skills to assess my physical condition using various parameters. BC can tell me if I'm genuinely tired, or just being lazy, and if I should get my ass up and go for a run.

One day I inadvertently realized that PAI Health—the company that created the PAI score—has ceased operations. Although Zepp continues to calculate PAI scores, is it still accurate? Or has BC now completely replaced it?

This question is posed so I can clean up the watch's display interface. If PAI is no longer needed, it can be removed, saving me from having to pay attention to another parameter.

Thank you for all the expert advice.

Bondi 9 for running

I tried my new Bondi 9 the 2nd time today, for running only. I had my research before hand and found more that it can't be used for fast pace running.

I'm not an elite runner, so i thought I was only going to use it for slow pace. But after both uses, my pace reach 5-6.0. I realize that the Bondi 9 isn't suitable to sustain such pace. At pace 5, it felt like running on mud.

I won't return this Bondi 9 but I do look forward to buy a new one suitable for my pace. This review is for reference for those who run at my pace, this shoes is not suitable for you, imo.
