Out for delivery on May 11, delivery agent doesn't even call but updates in system that I asked for reschedule

May 12th at 12 am it's gets rescheduled to 13 th may

Now on 15th may no delivery , expected extended from 14th to 17th

What do I even do?

Selling this chair as you can see barely used even plastic is not removed
