My monstera has had issues with being mostly white, turning brown, and now it seems to be getting worse. I’m wondering if this is worth saving (and how) or if I can make chop it up to nodes and propagate from there. Any suggestions would be great.

Ok so my albo has been getting brown pretty rapidly, before I just chop it up and cut my losses I’m wondering if this could be something like fungus or some kind of other underlying disease.
