What’s eating me alive

I’ve been having multiple bites show up over a period of 3 weeks and I don’t know what it is. I have a dog and have checked for fleas, I see nothing and the dog does not seem to be itching or showing any other symptoms. I share a bed with my partner who has had none show up. They are itchy and sometimes in clusters and sometimes individual bites (pictured). I’m going insane looking for bedbugs and haven’t seen anything and think it’s odd that my partner would have none if I’ve being eaten alive. I spend moderate time outside walking the dog etc. but I live in Halifax so majority of the time is outside in a city so I can’t imagine it would be mosquitoes, the park I walk in is mostly grass with a few domestic trees. I don’t know what to do. I’ve had 28 bites in 3 weeks. Any help would be appreciated.

I have been progressively getting more bites and I don’t know what it is, I initially thought it was a mosquitoes as I had been outside (shoulders) but I have them on my hips, two on my angles, about four on my wrist and was just sitting in bed and felt an itch and now I have one on my forearm. My partner and I share a bed and he seemingly has nothing on him. We have a dog as well that sleeps with us but no sign of fleas and I have thoroughly checked him. I’ve also lifted up the mattress and can’t see anything and just deep cleaned the sheets today (got the new bite sitting on the bed with no sheets) feeling like I’m going crazy. Any advice on how to figure this out would be super helpful.

Could these be bed bugs? Starting getting them 4 days ago, partner has none and we sleep in the same bed. We have a dog that sleeps with us and I’ve examined him for fleas and have seen nothing - he also has no physical reaction ie. itching. I was outside a couple days ago but only noticed the shoulder bites the following day, so not sure if they are all just mosquito bites and having some sort of delayed reaction

Been on accutane since November with my dosages being nov -40 mg, dec -40mg, Jan -40mg, feb -40mg, march -40mg April -50mg

Between my dose increase I started to purge a little bit (pic 1) and then two weeks in the new dose had some sort of allergic reaction ? (Haven’t used anything new) and now my skin is dry and patchy and it looks even worse than when it started to purge again, feeling discouraged. I’ve purchased avene cicaflate in hopes that it will heal my barrier along with my regular cetaphil wash and vanicream moisturizer. Basically my question is has anyone experienced this? And does it actually heal or should I expect my skin to look this bad the rest of my journey

This is also my third round of accutane and have never experienced this prior
