Went to a demo day a week ago and immediately got things rolling to buy. Just got her this weekend, already 1/3 through break in.

I was really considering (and still kind of am) a CB750 Hornet. Then Honda gets rid of the really nice looking white trim on the 2026 models. Albeit, they did come out with a nice shade of blue. Then I noticed that the UK gets this gorgeous goldfinch yellow trim!

Then, about a month ago, I saw that the CB1000F passed emissions for the US and I saw they have a stunning black/grey/red trim. I was like "this is the one, I can't wait! They announced the 2026 release yesterday and it's just the silver/blue trim. So disappointing!

Like, yeah, I could order kits and have my tank painted, but not everyone wants to do all that right after buying a bike.

I really don't understand why Honda thinks we don't want these trim options in the US. They make great bikes at incredible prices. But the trim options just take them down at the knees...
