By default, it's blatantly against the rules of no unsourced images you don't own, and Pinterest is explicitly stated as NOT a source you can credit (though genuinely, good luck tracking down an original source on any pinterest pin, that isn't just 10 other reuploads of it also to pinterest.)
But then I see moodboard themed adopts all the time, and people uploading announcement posts as characters with unsourced images as the avatar, and it gives me anxiety but also, is it even something they enforce bc I feel they'd have to send out endless warnings and eventually ban half their userbase atp...
Am i the only one who is actually afraid of this rule lol
I did not prepare properly and still lowkey have no idea what I'm doing, I had trades to finish and then the site went down, no stress, I was busy anyway, and when I woke up I had 2!!! attacks already!! Such an unexpected happy surprise, but I gotta get busy!!!

I wanted to make a Monster High-esque OC. I wanted to base it off of the concept of a sacrificial lamb, and found this very cute one (third slide) for reference. Maybe it's the fact I hadn't drawn humans rather than anthros for months, or maybe I'm just clueless, but I never once considered, hey, you just made a white presenting girl with a black face, until embarrassingly long after.
Please help, is this bad as I think this is and how can I fix it? I still have access to all the files to edit it (except one trade I have of her). Changes I've considered:
> Full void face/changing color (least favorite option, feels like it still reads the same just more exaggerated)
> Fully offwhite with pink blush around nose (and fingers, I think a gradient would look better for the hands anyway looking back, or otherwise removing the hand coloring.) But interested in other ideas or cute sheep pics to work with.

One is technically a cat, but when I made them, early 2000s scene culture and sparkledogs was def the reference, then this subreddit started popping up after they were basically cemented and all I think now is that maybe I was a little shy and uncreative with my sparkleness LOL Theyre current sonas for me and my partner, but I think we'll still need some hyper sparkle ones ~

For one, I think the feeds/following could be more intuitive. I’d love if we had more easily viewable lists of who we are subscribed to (and who subscribes to us, and an easy way to display that on our profile!) like other social medias, because honestly every time I want to find someone I know, it’s easier to type their whole url out… there’s no clean, easy way to just access them (unless I’m missing something? But i assume that’s why many include a friends list in their profile codes to access their besties lol. I’m just too shy to ask if I can include my fav moots on my page for that)
And the second is, to handle deactivated accounts better. It’s a little depressing seeing the “reminder to back up your accounts” and “I lost everything!!” posts. I feel users should have a grace period to log back in and grab any (undisputed/unreported) ocs they own. Doesn’t seem like it’d be that much more work than locking people entirely out. Even if they have no liability and it’s their site their rules and we have our own responsibility to back up and follow rules, they are handling goods other people made and own, and that banned users have often paid real money for. I hope it’s something they consider when they get more staff to handle moderation.
