what is this chain on the side of a building; the abrasions indicate the chain has spun 360° often enough to wear a pattern? maybe?

Underboob chaffing

Hi everyone! just ran 13.1 for the first time (yay!!!) in preparation for my first ever half race two weeks from tomorrow.

Last few long runs I’ve been experiencing underboob chaffing. saw a lot of threads about this on the sub but they’re all archived/locked for comments, and something I did not see addressed was- for those of you recommending some kind of lube-y solution (squirrel nut butter, body glide etc.), does it stain your sports bras? will I have to just put up with dark oily marks under by boobs on all my bras, or are there options that wash out/won’t stain?

I enjoy having fun/light colored sports bras in the mix but it would be great to know if I should manage my expectations or dedicate one bra to getting oily for long runs.

thank you!

Modifying a workout question

first time doing the half marathon training program. I’m several weeks in and noticed last week that my strides intervals are being based on HR when in the past they’ve been based on a pace range. when I go into the workout to edit the HR back to threshold pace % (like my past workouts have been) it sets the pace ranges to insane shit like 2 min/mi (threshold pace range for me is 8’42”-9’41”/mi).

does anyone have experience with this who can help recommend how I can get the workout back to (reasonable) pace thresholds instead of HR-based or insane pace recommendations? I’m new to all the terminology so happy to clarify if I botched anything, please be kind

Similar restaurants to Southwark?

Wanted to go there for my birthday this year but they’ll be closed that week :( I love how their menu is locally sourced and varied, and the cocktails and ambiance are always amazing. Looking for recs of restaurants with a similar vibe (not fish-centered and not BYOB). thanks in advance!!!

anyone else feel like Halal lamb has been different recently?

I’ve tried three different carts at different days of the week/times in the last month or so and I feel like it’s been a lot more soft/crumbly at all of them, it used to have more color and be more sturdy. has anyone else noticed this?!?
