Milan 65% off pricing

I’m looking into laser hair removal and I see Milan is doing their 65% off everything deal. I’ve been waiting to get a decent price for brazilian.

Last month they offered me the 50% off, plus $500 off with a quote for $5004 ($135/month, 36 months).

Now with 65% off, they quoted me $3420 ($95/months, 36 months).

Will they have any better deals than this? Do I wait or is this the best that Milan’s pricing is gonna get?

Managers: non GEL hours

Hi fellow leaders! I’m newer to my role as SM, (previously MM) and was curious to see what you guys are doing during non GEL hours to be productive? Lately I’ve been doing more office work (diving into my DORs, learning about eventing, hosting birthdays, looking over numbers, etc.)
Is there anything specific that would be helpful in my role to do when I’m not GEL? Even if you aren’t SM, all answers are helpful!

Odd male cat behavior?

My male cat (6 y/o) who is neutered, has been showing strange behavior recently. I moved about a month ago (along with our bonded female cat) and had to transition him from an indoor/outdoor cat, to fully indoors (with limited access to outside). Not sure if that has anything to do with it, but this is what he’s been doing lately.

Every night when I go to bed, he’ll come onto the bed and make biscuits on me with both front and back paws, and if I try to move him off, he meows. Sometimes getting a bit aggressive, and attempts to bite or swat. The other really strange thing I’ve noticed is when he’s kneading on me, is he will be erect? Very confused.

Has anyone seen this in cats before? How to help sooth him/make him more comfortable??

Accepting Leadership Offer

I’m currently debating how to negotiate my job offer at a new store. For context, my career with Ulta started 4 years ago as a beauty advisor, then lead cashier, now I’m merchandise manager (in role for 1 year). I’m relocating and will be transferring stores, but being promoted to sales manager. I will be receiving my official offer letter soon, so I don’t yet know what my new pay rate will be. I figure, why not ask for more, since it’s very difficult to get a raise any other way at Ulta.

How do I maximize my pay rate? Should I ask verbally or via email? What tips do you have for negotiating pay at Ulta?
