this problem has been persisting for YEARS. i dont know much ab tech hardware and so i have tried multiple solution methods ive found on the internet, support guide threads, etc. and NOTHING WORKS !! im so frustrated.

i have a Vostro 3400 running on the latest windows software. unless i have a bluetooth deivce plugged, it always shows "no audio device is installed", ive checked the device manager and it DOES NOT show any audio device (realtek, cirrus, etc.) apart from my recent bluetooth devices. ive checked 'services' and it shows 'windows audio' as running and there is NO 'realtek audio' service or anything else with "audio" in the title.

please help, id like to fix this issue ASAP. for any more details (for some reason i cant attach pictures) let me know, and ill try the best in my ability to respond accordingly.

i started using TLDL to study lately, and i found the podcast feature really helpful. however, since i am using it for free and am not looking to spend money on study websites at the moment, i was wondering how i could get more credits on TLDL to generate more podcasts/notes, etc. when i've exhausted the ones i have currently.

is it a recharge system; where a certain number of credits get restored every 24 hours ? or will i just be left with zero and no way to get any more unless i upgrade by paying ?

if its the latter, please recommend some study websites/tools similar to TLDL and/or have podcast generating features for free, please !
