I got the Bigger Carry On in late 2024 and am so disappointed that the wheels have become so “sticky” - it’s almost impossible to wheel the bag.
I’ve tried cleaning with soap and water, a brush, everything, but nothing helps. And of course it’s right before a trip.
I think I may finally make the jump to Monos or Antler…has anyone had luck there?
Hi! I’m only in Florence for the day and am searching for a genuine leather woven bag like the pictured.
I’m weary of shop recommendations online - seems like many are mass produced but marketed as Italian handmade items.
What has your experience been and what shops have you actually purchased from?
Long story short: someone spilled beer on my beloved Celine tote. No staining, but it’s sticky and smells.
Would love to book a bag cleaning from a reputable person or company!

Hi! I have an impromptu headshot that I like, but the collar of my shirt on my left side is bunching oddly. Looking for help making the collar flatter/like on my right side. I have a RAW file for this where the colors are more vivid than what's coming through to Reddit.
