1 Bed w/ Balcony in Bushwick 4br/2b ($1200) URGENT JULY

Hi everyone. One of our roommates is now moving out, they’ll be gone by the 1st, so we need someone who can move in asap.

4 bed 2 bath in Bushwick right off of Broadway. The apartment is $4400/month, your rent would be $1200 for the largest room with a balcony. Utilities are usually 100-150, with peak months being 150–200. 3rd floor walk up in a 3 story floor-through building, only 2 other apartments in here and they are all very nice.

Current 3 roommates are Kyle (Me), Greg and Cyrus. You’d be sharing the nicer bathroom with a tub with Cyrus, Greg and I share the other one.
We’re all in our 20s, we are very chill I promise. Not a lot of people coming over, we game, watch movies, and are incredibly easy going. As long as you aren’t a complete monster of a roommate nobody has issues with anybody.

Location is great right off Broadway, 5 minutes from the J, laundromat is 15 seconds away, lots of restaurants, bars, grocery stores all a short walk.

Like I said, we need someone who can move in really fast. It’s all been a bit sprung on us and we are kinda desperate! First months rent and security deposit on move in ($1200 + $1000), you could take longer with the security deposit though if you need time for it. I’m off the next few days so I’ll be here if you have time to come see the place, and if you have any questions feel free to ask for further details.

Thank you!

It started a couple months ago.

Everything is fine, then at seemingly random times, my PC will make the sound of a device disconnecting and all my inputs freeze. Cant move my mouse, cant press buttons on the keyboard, only for a couple seconds, then its working normally again without the sound of a device reconnecting.

I do admittedly have a real crappy, old keyboard and mouse, and I haven't tried new ones since I dont have access to others and dont wanna buy more unless I have to.

I've tried swapping things to different ports, cleaning out my ports and wires, tried Windows in safe mode thinking maybe some program was doing it. This is my last resort to see if everyone here smarter than I am can help me before I bite the bullet and buy new stuff. Thank you!

Edit - Just to add some additional information. The lights on my keyboard and mouse don’t shut off, so they are still connected to the PC and on. My keyboard will KINDA work during the problem, after things freeze it’ll take one input and hold it without me pressing the button until a few seconds later when they both work again.
