Any tips for success? Also how should I dress for this (M)? Is a shirt and tie okay or should I put a blazer on?

I completed my HireVue on Monday and got an email today to schedule a phone screening. What kind of questions are asked during this? Any tips?

I have two different phone interviews this week for two different locations. Both are for a Personal Banker position. What is the format of these phone interviews? Any tips to succeed? Thank you!

The “TWC is reviewing your claim…” message disappeared from the top of my claim earlier today, but I do not have any other messages or additional correspondence. Does this mean I was approved?

I was fired for making a joke to a coworker. They complained that it made them uncomfortable and I was fired for it. But here’s the kicker. I have a screenshot of them saying almost the EXACT SAME THING to me before. We were always messing around with each other. I never meant to make anyone uncomfortable. This coworker was a friend (so I thought) so this really caught me off guard.

Has anyone here made this career change and if so what is your experience? I have been considering this change for awhile now and right now there’s 3 open banker positions near me. 28M. 10 years of grocery experience including 4 in a management position.

Applied for benefits this past Friday evening. This morning woke up to the main screen saying I am ineligible for benefits but a few lines down it says they are still reviewing to see if I am eligible? The ineligibility message just showed up overnight. There are also no correspondence letters explaining why this would show up. Has this happened to anyone before?
