Ok this is driving me crazy now

I'm fairly certain it was a Horror movie from 2002 - 2013

I distinctly remember seeing the movie poster artwork in a newspaper ad for the movie probably out on DVD or Blu Ray

I thought it was Jesse Eisenberg but I looked up his IMDB and nothing matches what I remember

The movie poster / artwork was kind of disgusting and it had what looked like a teenager or close to that age vomiting feces out from his mouth.

Maybe it was smoke or like spirit energy or something but I remember it looking like feces maybe diarrhea.

I'm wondering if it was considered obscene and banned or something because I can't find it.
