TIL you can fix the stuttering FMV (full motion video) playback for most Dreamcast games by tweaking the settings. In Flycast (standalone), change the SH4 clockspeed to 110 (default is 200), then either restart the emulator or load a save state.

I can confirm this fix works for THPS2 (pictured), Grandia II, MDK 2, Sonic Adventure, and NFL Blitz 2000.
